Digital project management and guidance

IDBS connects the business need with technical delivery. We organise requirements, people and decisions, whether a project is just beginning or work already under way needs clearer direction.

When a team or project already exists

We can act as project manager, supervisor or bridge between the business and its technical team. Existing partners do not automatically need to be replaced. We clarify who makes which decisions, which requirements apply and how progress will be reviewed.

When an idea starts from scratch

We examine the idea and business requirements, assess options, set priorities and organise realistic delivery stages. If specialist skills are needed, we coordinate a team shaped around the project.

The client stays involved

Progress is shared at interim checkpoints. The client can review, test and comment on concrete deliverables so important decisions are made in time.

When project guidance helps

When an idea is not yet a deliverable project, communication with the technical team is difficult, or an existing project has lost control of requirements and priorities. The starting point may be a new application, a website, an online store or work already under way that needs reassessment.

Helpful answers

Frequently asked questions

Can you work with our existing team?

Yes. IDBS can coordinate, supervise or clarify requirements without necessarily replacing existing partners.

What if a project has stalled?

We can review scope, communication, open issues and priorities to propose a realistic way forward.

Do we need a complete technical specification?

No. Business requirements analysis can be the first step, turning the business idea into something the delivery team can understand and implement.

The next step

Start with the need, not a technical brief.

You do not need a finished technical plan. Describe the problem, idea or work already in progress, and we can find the right first step together.
